Accessibility - RGAA compliancy

Problem/Motivation

To be accessible and RGAA compliant :
- Terms have to be focusable with keyboard
- Top "Close" button has to have an aria-label
- Bottom "Close" button has to have à tabindex
- Dialog's title has to be in an H1 tag and not a span
- aria-describedby="glossary-dialog" has to be replaced with aria-modal="true" on dialog's main div
