Add link element to Iconify icons field settings

Problem/Motivation

Currently, the Iconify icons field settings doesn't not provide an option to wrap icons in link elements. This "limitation" hinders the usability of icons as interactive elements, as they cannot directly link to other pages or resources.

Proposed resolution

Introduce a new setting within the Iconify icons configuration that allows users to specify a URL. When a URL is provided, the icon will be wrapped in an <a> tag, making the icon clickable and linking to the specified URL.
