TypeError: preg_replace(): Argument #3 ($subject) must be of type array|string

In the mailchimp_transactional.module in mailchimp_transactional_get_module_key_names() the config from mailsystem.settings is requested and it can happen that the mailsystem.settings contains a module name of a disabled module (I had this with swiftmailer wich was enabled in the past but now was disabled) and this results in the following fatal when you want to edit a template at /admin/config/services/mailchimp_transactional/templates/{mailchimp_transactional_template}:
