It is used for security vulnerabilities which do not need a security advisory. For example, security issues in projects which do not have security advisory coverage, or forward-porting a change already disclosed in a security advisory. What needs doing here? Seeing this issue about security, in the public queue, with no details, makes me nervous that there's some unresolved security issue in the module. Maybe it's fine, but it's probably worth posting some details if there's some task awaiting completion, to help build confidence in using this module please.
