web-token/jwt-* packages are abandoned, use web-token/jwt-library instead

I hear what you're saying. For the moment all works as expected. Many modules seem to be guilty of this on my Drupal installs. If you're able to help with these changes, I'll be quick to release. I'm short of time at present. I'd be deeply grateful and would see the value of the upgrade.

Looks like these are dependencies of minishlink/web-push:^7.0.

There is an 8.0 release, and 9.0 RC.

8 just drops support for php 7.

9 drops support for php 8.0 and requires openssl w/ eliptic curve installed on the server.

I think 8 is a safe bet for now, and could bump to 9 with some more review.

Had to bump to ^9 because the dependencies are updated there.
