Using search api module i am indexing the content Rendered HTML output as full text.
When the exposed filter is set as a block , the Autosubmit exclude Textfield option does not work nor the Delay for textfield autosubmit option
When the exposed filter is not set as a block , the Autosubmit exclude Textfield option does not work but the Delay for textfield autosubmit option does work
Using search api module, index the content Rendered HTML output as full text.
Create a non ajax index view and expose the full text filter
choose the option to create a bloc for the exposed filter
configure BEF with the Autosubmit exclude Textfield option
=> it does not work , the autosubmit applies to all exposed filters including the full text search input
the Delay for textfield autosubmit does not work either
not choosing the exposed filter to be a block:
=> the Autosubmit exclude Textfield option does not fork but the delay works

that branch is unsupported. Moving to latest development branch.
Just tested on 7.0.x branch trying to follow the steps but not able to replicate the issue.
Will need additional steps to be written out. Please put them in list order vs sentence easier to follow thanks.
