Allow a default style / Hide when one options

MR should do the trick! Added default option, and hides dropdown when only 1 option exists. Existing builds will remain unaffected.

Works well!

One thing that is annoying though is the fact that you cannot go back to Raw image. If you are allowing the image resizing, you might want to be able to go back to Raw image because resizing doesn't work with responsive images.
