Problem/Motivation
/admin/config/people/session-limit does not load and generates an error logged to watchdog
LogicException: No config factory available for ConfigFormBaseTrait in Drupal\Core\Form\ConfigFormBase->config()
Steps to reproduce
Updated a site from D8 -> D9 -> D10
composer require 'drupal/session_limit:^2.0'
/admin/modules -> enable module
/admin/config/people/session-limit -> fails to load and watchdog logs above error.
I have tried uninstalling the module in Drupal, composer removed and then clearing caches / running cron [and truncating all the cache_* tables directly in the DB] and then reinstalling, but each time it is generating the same error when trying to access the config page.
