If you look at /organizations, /drupal-services, and other pages that display a view of organizations, the "Issue Credits" section displays the wrong plural for the word "Issue credits" when there is a 1 before the number separator. Example.
1 issue credit == correct
2 issue credits == correct
1,000 issue credit is NOT correct.
You can see this in action with anyone that has 1,000 - 1,999 issue credits.
