Capitalize the module "package"

Problem/Motivation

(Obviously a very small thing! But)

The Paragraph Blocks module's "package" key value is "paragraphs", and it should be "Paragraphs", with a capital "P" -- because, that's the standard → , and also so it gets properly grouped with other modules in the "Paragraphs" package/grouping, rather that in its own duplicate-ish grouping. (Example: Package key on Paragraphs module itself.)

Update this line, change "paragraphs" to "Paragraphs":
