Issue with hitting space within headings in the Details block

Problem/Motivation

Vegard reported on the Drupal Slack #gutenberg channel weird issue in Gutenberg 3, details block, only in Chrome (Mac). Every time i type a space in the summary field I loose focus and can't type more. If I click the field I can add any character but I new space will cause the same again. In Firefox and Safari if works as it should. Nothing in the js log.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enter Gutenberg editor with DG 3.x
2. Add a "Details" Gutenberg core block (Accordion)
3. Start typing more than one word in the title field of the block
4. Notice that the focus marker is removed after hitting [space] after the first word.

Proposed resolution

Seems like https://wordpress.org/gutenberg/ do not have this issue, hopefully meaning that there is a fix to be fetched from the WP core lib.
