Pager not rendered if multiple entity lists are declared

Problem/Motivation

If more than 1 entity list is declared in configuration, the pager appears only on the first declared (ie. the one that has ID = 0), else no pager appears (if enough results, obviously).

Proposed resolution

Fix pager implementation (see following patch).
