Taxonomy with Depth Views Filter has to respect selected vocabulary on Table Joins

Problem/Motivation

This relates to using "Content: Has taxonomy terms (with depth)" exposed filter setting on the view. There's an option to limit terms by vocabulary. This is not being accounted for in the query. So, when an exposed filter is not set to a specific term, for example, but instead is using "ALL" values, there could be returned unrelated results.

Steps to reproduce

Create a view of a content that has taxonomy reference fields on it. Add exposed filter "Content: Has taxonomy terms (with depth)".
