Add Subgroup Support to 3.0.0-alpha2

I'd like to add support for the Subgroup → module to Group Menu. I've created a checkbox that allows the parent menu to show above a submenu if desired, and another that restricts Subgroup menu access to only direct members of a Subgroup as opposed to automatically granting access to all menus belonging to Subgroups of a Group.
