Issue with module installation

Steps to reproduce

After installing this module when we try to enable this module it throws an error

Fatal error: Cannot declare class Drupal\ip_login_block\EventSubscriber\RouteSubscriber, because the name is already in use

but after reloading page, it enabled this module but when we flush the cache it throws a new error

ReflectionException: Class "Drupal\vpn_login\EventSubscriber\RouteSubscriber" does not exist in ReflectionClass->__construct() (line 30 of D:\laragon\www\02-05-2024\web\core\lib\Drupal\Core\DependencyInjection\Compiler\RegisterEventSubscribersPass.php).

After fixing this issue, I also got one new issue with "VpnLoginConfigForm"

Fatal error: Cannot declare class Drupal\vpn_login\Form\IpLoginBlockConfigForm, because the name is already in use in D:\laragon\www\02-05-2024\web\modules\vpn_login\src\Form\VpnLoginConfigForm.php on line 8
