Open Preview from node edit page in new tab

Problem/Motivation

After creating a new page, clicking on the preview link opens in the same tab

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a page.
2. Before saving the page, click on the preview button
3. Browser back is the only option to reuse the drafted content

Proposed resolution

The preview button should open the preview link in a new tab.

Remaining tasks

Add target="_blank" attribute in js/edit_form.js for the preview button.
