Post update for clearing search index of deleted translations

Follow up from 🐛 After deleting a translated article, search wants to reindex it RTBC from @alexpott

I think we should open a follow-up to add a post update to clean up the incorrect data. This issue stops the rot but the bogus data hangs about.
