Re-installing the app invalidates the subscription but not the pop-up

Problem/Motivation

After re-installing the app, the subscripting is not valid anymore, but the pop-up is also not showing because the prompt.
This will invalidate itself after sending a push notification, but this is not instant.

Steps to reproduce

- Install the PWA app and subscribe to notifications
- Remove the app and re-install
- When opening the app go to the user settings and see PWA is not enabled anymore

Proposed resolution

Make sure after re-install we get the pop-up message again.
