Change default views settings

Problem/Motivation

Each time I create a new view I end up with changing a few view settings to more reasonable values. These changes are same on all projects.

Here is the overview of these changes.

Style options for table format

1. Make all columns sortable by default
2. Uncheck "Add views row classes"
3. Uncheck "Override normal sorting if click sorting is used"
4. Check "Show the empty text in the table"

Nore results behavior

Add "Global: Unfiltered text" behavior. Set content to "No records were found.".

Exposed form options

Check "Include reset button (resets all applied exposed filters)"

Pager

Enable full pager. Set items to display to 20.

Proposed resolution

Make views default more sensible.

API changes

No any API changes. This should only affect new views.
