In views, multi-valued field can no more be displayed as a regular (un-)ordered list because of item-list.html.twig template which forces the list to be displayed as a Boostrap List group.
List group may be great for some usages but it might not be convenient to have them by default.
This is just a suggestion: as Radix comes with a 'list-group' component, why not revert to default render and let the themer use that component when suitable.
