Option for remove email confirmation ?

I remember there was an option to let anonymous to subscribe without confirmation, but with the latest 4.0 version, I can't find this option ? please advise , Thanks

The module does provide this option. You can find it at /admin/config/services/simplenews/settings/subscription. The is a checkbox with the label "Skip email verification (discouraged)".
