Alright, let us only fix the tests here. Trying to fix the config will lead into a rabbit hole, we don't want to go into here.
Most of the deprecation notices are because of deprecated config definitions e.g.
The definition for the 'core.entity_form_display.media.slideshow.default.third_party_settings.field_group.group_structure.children' sequence declares the type of its items in a way that is deprecated in drupal:8.0.0 and is removed from drupal:11.0.0. See https://www.drupal.org/node/2442603 →
Tests will succeed now. Once we import the new config from our "Vorlage", we should tackle fixing these notices and defining a appropriate schema (if possible).
