The document is not displayed

The document is not displayed

I have a problem with the epub viewer. I have tried with several documents generated from distant sources and the error remains. The module installs fine and the configuration works. The problem is that when I create the node where I insert the epub, clicking it opens the viewer but does not show the document. The download, home and hamburger icons are visible but the content is not visible.
