Taking a first draft at getting this running with embedded_content 2.0
cl_editorial is displaying form properly.
Components are rendering properly.
Known issues:
No token support
I'm not sure what to do about slots (if anything)
When editing placed components with boolean fields, boolean default_values are set to integers. Resaving causes a validation error.
