Title field for Iframe it should not be required

@neffets , above patch fixed the issue, I have verified on my local, also created MR. please review it once

So my understanding is that an iframe needs a title for accessibility.

Can anyone argue how that's not true?

To me this may be a won't fix.

Correct @smustgrave – For accessibility purposes, titles should be required :)
