Not really redirecting

TypeError: Drupal\rules\Plugin\Condition\NodeIsPublished::doEvaluate(): Argument #1 ($node) must be of type Drupal\node\NodeInterface, null given in Drupal\rules\Plugin\Condition\NodeIsPublished->doEvaluate() (line 37 of /path_to_site/web/modules/contrib/rules/src/Plugin/Condition/NodeIsPublished.php). although there are no rules listed in the rules module page. Also saving the configuration takes unusually long, with somethimes a runtime exception. Uninstalling require_login brinks back the site.

Can you provide the step to reproduce because your issue title and description is not matching ig as far as i understood you are talking about error after installation but I'm not getting any type of error after installing

I have install the module on two fresh sites and I am not seeing this error.
