4.1.7 .info.yml incompatible with drowl_media ^3

Problem/Motivation

Latest 4.1.7 release can not be installed on projects using drowl_media:^3, eventhough it's compatible.

The weird and unstandardized compatibility syntax in info.yml leads to this.
As you can see in the commits: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/drowl_header_slides/-/commits/4.x I already tried different approaches and thought the most recent one works, but it doesn't.

@Grevil: Could you please check why it doesn't work with any of the combinations?

Perhaps the solution is to keep the current writing (or another working one) and create our own composer.json with the composer.json syntax. Maybe Drupal accepts the current one, but the automatic composer.json generated doesn't work then...
