PWA push notification destination not respected on Safari

Problem/Motivation

When receiving a push notification on iOS with safari you can click on it and it should redirect you to a specific destination. When the PWA is active in the background it works correctly, but when the app is closed it will always land on the homepage.

Steps to reproduce

- Add the PWA to the homepage
- Open the app, and minimize it to the background
- Trigger a notification by posting on the user profile.
- Click on the push notification and notice it lands on the comment
- Close the app entirely and try again. Notice it now lands on the homepage.

Proposed resolution

The behaviour should be the same when the app is minimized or closed.
