Set gitlab templates project and ref back to default

In 📌 Remove cspell:disable-next-line for Lorem Ipsum text Needs review the commit set the gitlab template to use a specific MR branch. The changes in that MR have now been rolled-out to all contrib using the default ref. So this should be be set back to using the default branch, otherwise the project will not get any gitlab_templates updates.
