Support passing full file-name instead of path to the directory only
Example of the command
drush content:export node profiles/graphql_example/assets/content.zip --all-content --assets
This could be achieved by autodetecting if outputPath argument contains a valid file extension as `zip` or `yml` and use that instead of generate the file using outputPath + "content-bulk-d_m_Y-H_i-s" + ".zip"
Also providing a flag to support override file generation probably using a flag "--override-file"
