remove node_modules from sass subtheme

In my_boostrrap_sass_subtheme node_modules is being added

We should prevent this file from being committed as it is only used for compiling the sub-theme. i.e. it should not be committed

Possible solution - add .gitignore with node_modules to bootstrap_sass so that this is copied over to the newly created subtheme.

This issue seems like a duplicate of ✨ remove node_modules from sass sub theme Needs review . Since the other issue has a merge request and is in "needs review", I think it makes sense to close this as a duplicate.
