remove node_modules from sass sub theme

In my_boostrrap_sass_subtheme node_modules is being added

We should prevent this file from being committed as it is only used for compiling the sub-theme.

Possible solution - add .gitignore with node_modules to bootstrap_sass so that this is copied over to the newly created subtheme.
