Overwriting portlet labels / descriptions on the homebox type "Portlet Types Settings" Tab doesn't change the label / description of the portlets

I'm going to fix this in the next days.

Alright! Take a look at 🐛 Portlet labels and description are being translated on different translation levels Active first. It has some good insights on this whole problem.

In the sidebar, it already worked, but not in the portlets themselves. Here we go with the fix!
