I'm unsure if AdVagg will help with adding attributes like "preload", "defer", "async", or if there's now a different way to handle this. Definitions in my themename.libraries.yml don't seem to assist in moving some .js files to "", leaving them in the header, which is a problem for optimization according to "pagespeed insights". I'm facing the same issue with adding a "preload" attribute for aggregated CSS files.
