Only moving portlets on a new user's homebox dashboard will not create their own homebox and therefore reset the changed portlet positions

I'm pretty sure this is caused by the required changes in 🐛 Non-admin users get "AccessDeniedHttpException: The 'administer user_dashboard presets' permission is required" when trying to add the first a portlet Needs work

As written, that's a complex change. I think we have two options:

• Merge the other issue and keep the TODO inside, highlight the relevant lines here and proceed here, to separate this complex part from the other changes
• Solve everything over there (which may cause more noise)

No, this is reproducible on current 3.0.x without the changes from 🐛 Non-admin users get "AccessDeniedHttpException: The 'administer user_dashboard presets' permission is required" when trying to add the first a portlet Needs work .

Ok fine! Then we should do it similarly like when adding a preset and lazy-save when moving.

Best would be if that could automagically happen indirectly, but I'm not sure if that's possible. We can talk about this.

I wonder how often I'll waste time trying to figure something out, when in the end, it is simply related to 🐛 Not filling out required portlet third party configuration form elements leads to invisible form error, when moving portlets on the homebox personalization page Active once again.......

Enough is enough, I'll add a comment for the time being and set the required value to FALSE for now.
