Portlets are "cached" through the forms "autocomplete" attribute

Problem/Motivation

If we move portlets on one of the "personalize" routes, the portlets are correctly saved in the backend, but incorrectly loaded.
This is due to the form "autocomplete" attribute.

Set the "autocomplete" attribute to "off".
