Offering to help co-maintain Entity Usage Light

Hello, thanks so much for this module. Used it on a few projects.

Noticed that there is still support for D8 and D9, missing gitlab, and few other minor things.

Would like to offer to help co-maintain and can help get ready for D11 and fix some issues seen in D10.

Plan would be to see what's safe for 1.0.x and do a final cut there and start a new branch 2.0.x which would be D10 + D11 only.
