Improve documentation for the "Use jsonapi_include query in url" setting

I think this is addressed by the documentation rewrite in 📌 Document what this module actually does and what the settings mean Fixed .

The default case is rather confusing, but hopefully the new README/project page addresses that.

I agree that vice-versa might be more intuitive, but to preserve backwards compatibility, we're stuck with the current implementation for 1.x.
