The caret from the 1st menu item shouldn't turn when the drawer opens

ckrina → changed the visibility of the branch 3437395-the-caret-from to hidden.

This is actually removing the transition, but not the animation to turn the caret :)

@ckrina I've corrected the issue: the top level caret now always points right, and the submenu arrows still animate up/down.
