Incompatible with latest versions of Drupal 10

Only supports ^9/9.x and Drupal 10.0, should be ^10 i.e 10.x latest versions

Problem 1
    - Root composer.json requires drupal/mercury_layouts ^1.0@alpha -> satisfiable by drupal/mercury_layouts[1.0.0-alpha2].
    - drupal/mercury_layouts 1.0.0-alpha2 requires drupal/core ^9 || 10.0 -> found drupal/core[9.0.0, ..., 9.5.11, 10.0.0] but the package is fixed to 10.2.4 (lock file version) by a partial update and that version does not match. Make sure you list it as an argument for the update command.

Use the option --with-all-dependencies (-W) to allow upgrades, downgrades and removals for packages currently locked to specific versions.
