To me, it happens with all the projects I created, but I think it is by design: A link like https://www.drupal.org/node/add/guide?og_group_ref_documentation=2594213 → is for creating a guide for the project node whose ID is 2594213; it does not set the parent guide, which must be manually set by entering the guide title.

@afagioli, when you are creating your first documentation guide, you set the parent guide to be Contributed module documentation ( https://www.drupal.org/docs/extending-drupal/contributed-modules/contrib... → ). Then create documentation pages under that new guide.

I see today more tools to handle page and guide hierarchy. Much better indeed.
