Problem/Motivation

In seven admin theme only numbered list option is working, other options like roman, latin are not getting applied.

Steps to reproduce

1. Upgrade to Drupal 10.2.x version
2. Apply available patch form [upstream] Use CKEditor 5's native

    and
    UX https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3274635 ✨ [upstream] Use CKEditor 5's native and UX Needs work which will add numbered list option which were part of previous Drupal version in Full HTML.
    3. Add content using Full HTML.
    4. Numbered list is visible even you have selected roman and latin as well
