Switching the layout on an existing instance will not load/reset the layout_options defaults

@thomas.frobieter I guess that must be fixed upstream? Or where do the options come from here?

I guess it would make sense to open a support issue at layout_options?

I don't think using this for cases like this is rare... perhaps they at least have a hint and can tell where this is stored and how to clear it?
