Copy profiles from first order to address book for accounts created by create user checkout settings

We could set the UID of one of the two profiles for the newly created user's id.

Not sure what you're referring to? The profile is copied to the Addressbook if the "Copy to addressbook" checkbox is checked during checkout.

Yeah, I thought that too, but I know you guys don't like superfluous settings.

My thought was that one entry for shipping and billing on newly created users could just be the standard.
