Unable to select entities using the Views Bulk Operations field plugin

See ViewsBulkOperationsFormTrait::calculateEntityBulkFormKey(), where base field value is clearly on position 0 and not 3. It's not always equal to entity ID.

I think it is a bad naming, it seems to be a bool value.

Oh, I was wrong they are different functions, so I need to review it, because on my tests $base_field_value was always zero for all the entities.
