Support Gin Admin theme

Problem/Motivation

The add new term input element does not inherit the template nor styling, because custom classes & CSS are used.
I'm not sure if it can be made to inherit the current template (whatever it is) or it needs manual integration with each theme.

the entity_translation_unified_form module has a way to add a css file based on the name of the theme or the base theme name

The resulting css file would be for instance:

shs/css/gin.css
shs/css/claro.css
shs/css/bootstrap.css
shs/css/radix.css
