CSPell - enable and fix

CSPell tests failed when we used the GitLab CI template: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/collapsiblock/-/jobs/1060557

  1. Enable CSPell tests
  2. Make the tests pass

Notes:

  • Drupal's standard language is English (US) so the Australian/British spellings of words in the module need to be changed to fit that.
  • Err on the side of fixing an error rather than ignoring it except for any names (modules, libraries, people etc)
  • Use the GitLab CI Templates variables in the .gitlab-ci.yml file for ignoring words or files.
