Problem/Motivation

the 8.x line should be retired as this no longer conforms to standard release naming.
best lines in the sand:
-ckeditor 4/5 line
- twig spaceless syntax changes.

also: single branch release makes durpal usage stats impossible to determine real active lifecycles.

v2 plans (just an overview here)
- drop d8 support
- prepare for seperation of 'sshop_homepage_feature' to (sshop_frontpage)
- general installable/config (reverse dependency problems) to sshop_base.
->2.1 drop drupal 9 support. ltr: v3, drupal 11.
