Support help question... how to get the stacked layouts

Problem/Motivation

Sorry for the question, been struggling with searching for the answer.

Can you please suggest how to get the old school bootstrap layouts such as the 1/2/1 stacked layouts in a single section? I have been searching and have not had much success.

Grateful for any suggestions.

The problem with recreating this with separate sections is that I get a padding/margin between sections that I cannot get rid of so it throws the spacing of my 1/2/1 off.

@HeneryH, as you can see by the lack of responses the Drupal Core issue queue is not the ideal place for support requests.

The 'support request' option is there for filing support issues for contributed modules and themes. There are several support options listed on our support page → (Community > Support at the top of Drupal.org) and there is Drupal Slack → . You may get better replies in one of those places.
