After saving layout using layout builder, the content_lock pro-actively locks the node, even though we are not actually editing the node.
Install layout builder and content_lock, create a layout builder system, and then when saving layout builder layouts, the content_lock is still active on the node. This creates a very cumbersome process for content authors to unlock the node they are currently on the "layout" section of the node.
When editing layout, content_lock should not lock the content editing. Content lock should only be active when users are on the node-edit screen, but not the layout screen.

Actually, you can control it via settings.
You can configure the Lock only on entity form operation level. field on the /admin/config/content/content_lock page. You should select or unselect the layout_builder value based on the setting.
